Anniversaries

It is hard to believe it's been almost a year.

Just one more month and it's the anniversary

Of a scared bachelor's graduate

loading up her faithful car,

with the love of her life in tow.

How little did she know.

The car is gone,

The love is gone,

but Colorado remains.
